Criterion first

How Quickwin lists, timers and support work in use

Start with a surface you can tap, not a brand pick. Lists. Timers. One-hand navigation. Care path.

A usable table beats a loud lobby

Before-and-after here means before a sit, can you find the format, and after a sit, can you leave. Those two moments fail more products than any missing banner.

The desk does not run a lab sample with a named date window beyond this build. Unknowns stay marked unknown.

Unknown is a result. It is not a smear.

Eight sub-criteria the bench will keep

1. Can Points, Deals and Pool be named without a video? 2. Is the turn clock larger than a badge? 3. Can a 360px thumb reach discard and back? 4. Does leaving a table need a confirm you can read? 5. Is KYC status a sentence, not an icon? 6. Is a drop control next to the hand, not in a buried menu? 7. Does care open a form or a dead tile? 8. Does the first screen sell a lobby or show a table?

Each item is binary enough to re-run later. None is a star.

Support is a path, not a smile

A notebook and a window are the honest picture of care on this desk. No headset bank. No 'online now' claim.

Blank ruled notebook, fountain pen and a tea cup on a white desk
Blank paper. No script.

How the bench is allowed to change

Sample: whatever primary screenshots or official copy later appear. Window: dated in the news note when a change is documented. Weight: lists and exit equal the timer. Re-run: after a documented interface change, not on a marketing calendar.

This methodology block is the only place the desk talks about its own scoring. It is not a rating widget.

Bench questions

Why are there no stars?

Stars imply a tested sample this desk does not have. Criteria stay visible instead.

What is compared on the ledger?

Anonymised seats A, B and C plus Quickwin, scored only on lists, timers, navigation and support process.

Is Quickwin ranked first?

No rank is published. The ledger shows which criterion is visible, hidden or unknown.

How often will the bench be re-run?

When a primary interface change is documented. No calendar promise beyond that.

Does support mean a phone number?

No published Quickwin phone is on file. Support here means whether a care path is findable.

Is this the same as the single-product review?

No. The single-product review stays on Quickwin alone. This ledger is the comparison.

Lists fail when a format needs a video to exist

If Points, Deals and Pool cannot be named from the first useful screen, the product is hiding the table behind a lobby. That is a fail on this bench, even if the graphics are calm.

A list that uses slang instead of the three format names is also a fail. The reader should not have to decode a house nickname to sit.

Unknown remains the current Quickwin cell. A later primary screenshot can fill it. Until then the cell stays empty.

A timer you can read without a brand face.

Timers fail when they are smaller than a badge

A turn clock should survive a 360px phone. If the seconds live inside a tiny pip, the bench marks fail.

Animation that hides the clock until a hover is also a fail. A player holding cards cannot hover.

No Quickwin timer screenshot is on file. The criterion still stands so a later primary has somewhere to land.

One-hand reach is the gate.

Exit is a criterion, not a mood

Leaving a table should not require a buried icon under a banner. Confirm copy should be readable. A trapped seat is a usability fault, not 'engagement'.

This desk has not verified the Quickwin exit path. The cell is unknown, not excused.

Re-run rules stay boring on purpose

Sample: primary screenshots or official copy. Window: dated in a news note when a change is documented. Weight: lists and exit equal the timer. No star conversion. No 'overall score'.

A 360px phone is the real bench width

Desktop showcases hide failures that appear the moment a thumb must reach discard and back. The bench therefore pretends the reader is on a small phone even when the screenshot, if one arrives, is wide.

A format name that wraps onto three lines is a labelling fault. White-space nowrap belongs on the control, not on a paragraph.

A timer that sits under a floating jackpot tile is a stacking fault. The clock must remain readable when a banner appears.

A care entry that opens a web view with no way back is an exit fault. The player is still holding cards in the other hand.

Unknown cells are not softness. They are the current sample size: zero documented screenshots.

When a primary arrives, each cell flips to visible, hidden or fail. There is no 'mostly fine' grade.

Anonymised seats A, B and C stay unnamed because this desk has no licensed lab report to attach to a competitor brand.

Quickwin is not ranked first or last. Rank would imply a finished sample.

Re-runs happen after a documented interface change, not after a marketing week.

The single-product note exists so a search for 'review' does not have to reuse this ledger.

Map the thumb zone before you trust a screenshot

Item 01 on this route is lower third of a 360px screen. The desk keeps that cue in ordinary words so a later primary can attach to it without a slogan. If a stranger uses a louder phrase for the same cue, the louder phrase is not adopted. If the cue is unpublished for Quickwin, the cell stays blank and the reader is told it is blank. Neighbouring routes do not reuse this cue as a heading. The job stays here.
